Once order is placed and payment is confirmed, products are shipped within 48 hours.

Products are shipped worldwide and delivery normally takes between 2 to 10 days depending on the destination. For example, typical delivery timeline within Europe would be within 5 days. However, keep few extra days in planning for transit for any unforeseen delays.

Unfortunately we do not personalize products at this time, as the products are extremely delicate and crafted by highly skilled craftsmen from Kashmir.
